Sales Manager

Job Description:

A luxury hospitality property in Qatar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and client relations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in hospitality sales and deep understanding of the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives

Target new business and build strong client relationships

Oversee corporate, leisure, and group sales

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Mentor and manage the resort's sales team

Provide regular reports and performance updates to management

Qualifications:

2-3 years of GCC hospitality sales experience required

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Arabic speakers preferred but not mandatory

Fluency in English; Russian language is an added advantage

Open to male and female candidates
