Sales officer/executive play a crucial role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste management solutions. His/her responsibilities are tailored to the unique demands of the industry, which include waste collection, recycling, disposal, and environmental services
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and industrial facilities, to offer waste management service
Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the waste management industry.
Promote waste management services such as waste collection, recycling, hazardous waste disposal, and composting.
Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable waste management practices and compliance with environmental regulation
Highlight cost-effective and eco-friendly solutions to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
Assess client needs and recommend tailored waste management plans.
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management.
Ensure that clients are informed about compliance requirements and that services adhere to legal standards.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
Ensure terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the waste management, environmental services,
Industry Knowledge: Understanding waste management processes, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch services and build relationships. Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM/SAP software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Sustainability Awareness: Passion for environmental sustainability and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Applicants must be currently based in Qatar with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) and be available to join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
