• Handle both voice and non voice split 
• Communicate the value of our products and share ways for customers to get the most from 800F 
• Transform into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs.

A Customer Service & Support Rep must be at least

• 18 years old and above
• At least high school graduate with or without work experience 
• Good English communication skill
