<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>The Senior Pricing Actuary/Analyst role holder will involves assessing reinsurance treaties, developing and pricing products, and ensuring compliance with professional standards, while supporting cross-functional teams.<strong><br> </strong></p><p><strong>What you Do:</strong></p><p>•Reinsurance treaty assessment including setting prices, guidelines, authority etc.</p><p>•Product development including benefit design and pricing</p><p>•Assess impact of changes in benefits, guidelines, regulations etc.</p><p>•Set key actuarial assumptions like medical trend, IBNR & seasonality factors</p><p>•Underwrite large tenders and key accounts</p><p>•Experience analysis and recommend corrective actions</p><p>•Develop, test and maintain pricing tools used for underwriting</p><p>•Peer review work of colleagues</p><p>•Prepare executive summaries and detailed pricing notes, with proper documentation of methodologies</p><p>•Uphold professional standards in technical work and communicate findings to management or clients<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>•</strong>Support sales and business development teams in client negotiations</p><p>•Engage with claims, policy administration, tariff management teams etc.</p><p>•Ensure compliance with internal governance standards</p><p>•Streamline existing processes and develop new ones</p><p>•Train and onboard new team members.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><p>•Minimum of 5 exams passed from SOA, IFoA or any other reputable actuarial institute.</p><p>•Bachelor’s degree; Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.</p><p>•4+ years of experience in the MEA Health / Medical line of business; UAE experience preferred.</p><p>•4+ years in actuarial pricing; experience with advanced pricing methods (e.g. GLMs) is a plus.</p><p>•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; strong skills in Word and VBA also required.</p><p>•Experience with Power BI or Alteryx is beneficial.</p><p>Skills:</p><p>•High numerical ability, with the capacity to analyse and interpret complex data.</p><p>•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>•Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus<br>Physically fit to perform duties and legally permitted to work in the country</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>At Allianz Partners, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming service delivery and innovation.
