Key Responsibilities – Senior Scaffolding Supervisor
Supervise Scaffold Erection & Dismantling
Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and safety standards.

Conduct Site Inspections
Perform daily inspections of scaffolding structures to verify stability, tagging (Green/Yellow/Red), and compliance with safety requirements.

Manage Scaffolding Teams
Lead and coordinate scaffolders on-site; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper work practices.

Interpret Drawings & Plans
Read and interpret scaffold drawings or site plans to guide installation, modification, or dismantling.

Enforce Safety Standards
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure all team members follow HSE protocols and PPE usage.

Material Control
Monitor scaffolding material usage, inventory, and requisition needs; avoid wastage and ensure availability.

Liaise with Site Management
Coordinate with project engineers, HSE officers, and other contractors to align scaffolding needs with project goals.

Prepare Documentation
Maintain records such as daily progress reports, inspection checklists, incident logs, and permit approvals.

Training & Mentorship
Provide on-the-job training to junior scaffolders; promote skill development and safety awareness.

Compliance with Regulations
Ensure adherence to local regulations (e.g., UAE Civil Defense, ADNOC, OSHA) and company policies.
