Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be the driving force behind our local growth, taking full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by building our team from the ground up and shaping the future of our company in the APAC region.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Full-Cycle Recruitment:</strong> Manage the end-to-end hiring process for all technical roles in Singapore, including Quantitative Researchers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and other specialized positions.</li><li><strong>Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:</strong> Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their strategic objectives and define role requirements.</li><li><strong>Candidate Experience:</strong> Ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding.</li><li><strong>Data-Driven Approach:</strong> Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-informed insights, optimize hiring processes, and report on progress to leadership.</li><li><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong> Act as a subject matter expert on the Singapore talent market, especially in tech/quant industry, providing guidance on compensation, trends, and talent availability.</li><li><strong>Offer & Onboarding Management:</strong> Drive the offer process, including preparing and extending offers, developing effective closing strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting role.</li><li>Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting for quantitative finance, hedge funds, or high-frequency trading firms.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the Singapore talent market,Full professional proficiency in English.
