Service Care Technician (Watchmaker), Dubai

Position<br><br><strong>Mission<br><br></strong>Perform Effective and efficient repairs to the relevant product category in line with Bvlgari Service Care Standards respecting cost, quality and lead time objectives<br><br><strong>PROFILE<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform technical repairs to the assigned product category: dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange, polishing, cleaning, and reassembling (encasing), quality check</li><li>Able to work autonomously in a team or independently.</li><li>Define the authenticity and reparability of the product and provide technical evaluation, including the definition of the spare parts needed</li><li>Register repair data (e.g. cost estimate, spare parts needed) and track/update the repair process status in the relevant system (where applicable)</li><li>Give Contribution in evaluating the type of repair/ technical intervention to be performed.</li><li>Cooperate with the Head Of / Supervisor in regards with all the relevant repairs.</li><li>Deliver all the assigned repairs as per the schedule provided by the Supervisor.</li><li>Experience working on SAP system is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform movement overhaul of Automatic and Quartz movements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Knowledge of manufacturing and repair processes for the assigned product category</li><li>Knowledge of repair techniques and tools for the assigned product category</li><li>Knowledge of product structure and materials<br><br></li></ul><strong>Soft Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Customer Orientation</li><li>Excellence Orientation</li><li>Operational Effectiveness</li><li>Role Competencies</li></ul>
