Your Opportunity We’re seeking dynamic professionals with a strong background in Soft Services Facilities Management to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. This role will be across our contracts in the UAE. Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Manage the daily operations and performance of the Soft Services Department, including Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Timetabling, Service Desk, and Administration.</li><li>Lead, support, and coach team members to achieve company and client objectives.</li><li>Develop and deliver monthly activity reports for senior management and service users.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure service excellence.</li><li>Conduct KPI and SLA inspections, ensuring optimal service delivery.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all statutory and legal regulations relevant to Soft Services Operations.</li><li>Identify and address risks related to departmental outputs and escalate issues as required.</li></ul> Specific Requirements<ul><li>10-15 years of experience in similar roles within complex environments.</li><li>5-7 years in senior consultancy services.</li><li>A degree in a relevant engineering discipline; project management qualifications (PMP, Prince 2) preferred.</li><li>Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Bi) – proficient in word processing, developing presentations, reports and compiling documents into standard formats. </li></ul> Join Us At Serco, we believe there is a place here for everyone.
