You will manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. <br><br>This fast-paced role requires someone who can anticipate executive needs and provide exceptional support. Proficiency in both <strong>English and Spanish</strong> is a must.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Here are some tasks that demonstrate the diverse range of responsibilities a Magic Executive Assistant can handle, including administrative, research, customer support, and sales-related tasks.<br><strong><br>Communication:</strong> Manages emails, responds to inquiries, and provides customer support via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.<br><br><strong>Administrative & Operational Support:</strong> Schedules appointments, manages calendars, organizes files, and handles tasks like travel arrangements, online shopping, and expense tracking.<br><br><strong>Sales & Marketing Assistance:</strong> Supports lead generation, sales prospecting, and market research. This includes updating CRM systems, creating sales materials, and assisting with cold calls to clients in both languages.<br><br><strong>Content & Data Management:</strong> Creates and updates spreadsheets, presentations, and documents. The assistant is also responsible for social media management, data entry, and competitor analysis.<br><br><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br><br></strong><strong><br>Experience:</strong> At least 1 year as an Executive Assistant for international C-level clients.<br><strong><br>Language Skills:</strong> Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.<br><strong><br>Professionalism:</strong> Capable of projecting a professional tone during over-the-phone interviews and building strong rapport.<br><strong><br>Commitment:</strong> Full-time availability with a clear commitment to US work hours.<br><strong><br>Technology:</strong> A reliable laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection (at least 15Mbps), and a quality headset.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><strong>Work from anywhere.</strong> Forget the commute and rigid schedules.
