Job Description:
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Storekeeper to oversee inventory management and ensure the smooth operation of the storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring the efficient handling of materials used in signage and outdoor media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, materials, and supplies.
- Monitor and control stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Procurement & Stock Handling:
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and supplies.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory for easy access.
Store Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage facility.
- Implement safety and security procedures to protect inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse best practices.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management. (Required)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management.
- Experience in handling materials related to signage and outdoor media is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
