QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communications Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Amenable to work in Samal Davao Del Norte.
- Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
- Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
- Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
- Keep the store tidy and clean.
- Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
- Greet and serve customers.
- Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
- Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Daily bank-in of store sales.
- Stock and order own use items and small notes needed.
- Complete, update, and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
- Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
- Work within established guidelines and SOP.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
