**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Planning travel routes based on locations and time frames.
- Carefully loading and unloading all groceries orders, while maintaining the highest hygiene standards and ministry of health recommendations.
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered food orders.
- Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
- Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered food orders and reporting it to management.
- Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the vehicle (motorcycle).
- Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.

**SKILL & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Qatari motorcycle driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Well groomed and a key team player. Attentive to hygiene and food safety.

**Salary**: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
