Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the school's technology infrastructure, implementing new technologies, and ensuring that our students and staff have access to the best digital tools and resources. Part of the role is teaching at GCSE and GCE A level
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the school's technology strategy.
• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and recommend new tools and solutions.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
