Telemarketer / Online Sales / Call center for kids ballet school

PRIMA, an international network of ballet schools for children, is seeking a telemsrketing / Online Sales Specialist for a call center to work with the UAE market (Dubai) remotely

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads in the CRM system with the goal of inviting them to a trial class.
• Handle communications via WhatsApp and Instagram Direct.
• Provide customer consultations over the phone while simultaneously entering information into the CRM system.
• A good command of English at an Upper Intermediate level is mandatory.
• Work schedule: remote work from home, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with breaks), with Sundays off.
