As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for initiating outbound contact with potential clients, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, and qualifying those leads for our Technical Account Management team.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll be working with a variety of data sources, including:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Leads from direct marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and webinars</li><li>Purchased data aligned with our ideal customer profiles</li><li>Unqualified contacts within our CRM</li><li>This is a proactive, outbound role requiring professionalism, persistence, and commercial awareness.</li><li>You’ll be engaging with senior decision-makers, identifying needs, and clearly articulating Iglu’s value proposition.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads</li><li>Follow up on marketing campaigns and event participation</li><li>Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Technical Account Management team</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the CRM system</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging alignment</li><li>Provide feedback and insights to inform future campaigns</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and a professional telephone manner</li><li>Confidence in speaking with senior business decision-makers</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Tenacious and resilient</li><li>Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible part-time hours (24 per week)</li><li>Remote working with full support from our team</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive company culture</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>The opportunity to contribute to a growing, ambitious business</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>We’d love to hear from you, send your up to date CV via LinkedIN</p>
