TIG Welder (Stainless Steel) – Ship & Offshore Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components used in marine vessels and offshore structures.          

Read and interpret technical drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and fabrication sketches.

Execute welding jobs on board ships, offshore platforms, and in workshop settings as required.

Maintain clean welds with minimal distortion, especially on thin-wall and pressure-class pipes or plates.

Adhere to safety protocols and project timelines in accordance with marine/offshore industry standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience on stainless steel in shipbuilding or offshore fabrication.

Proficiency in pipe & structural welding (6G certified preferred).

Experience working in confined spaces and offshore environments.

Ability to pass welding tests (TIG – SS) during selection process.

Valid offshore certification (BOSIET/ HUET) is a plus.

Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
