Job Title: Waitress Cashier

1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

3. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

4. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for new guests.

5. Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.

6. Operate and balance the cash register, processing payments and issuing receipts.

7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

8. Coordinate with delivery apps to manage incoming orders and ensure timely delivery.

9. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

10. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

**Requirements**:

1. Proven work experience as a waitress or cashier in a restaurant setting.

2. Strong customer service and communication skills.

3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in using cash registers and handling transactions.

5. Familiarity with inventory management and restocking procedures.

6. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.

7. Experience with handling delivery apps and coordinating deliveries is a plus.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
