Full job description

*Role Description:

Waitress cum Cashier duties and responsibilities in a night club cover everything from customer service to clearing tables. Overseeing cash transactions and provides attentive & efficient service to clubs patrons, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and attends to customer needs throughout their dining experience.

*Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and distributing menus.

Taking orders from customers to relay to the kitchen staff.

Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.

Collect payments whether in cash or credit

Making recommendations by being familiar with the menu and the specials.

Delivering meals and drinks as they’re prepared.

Checking back on customer satisfaction.

Preparing the bill or bills as requested.

Cashing out bills and returning change as needed.

Keeping tables cleaned and in order for the next guests.

*Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.

Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends on a rota basis.
