The Opportunity:


We are seeking to appoint passionate and creative Early Years Arabic Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Arabic language instruction to young learners in a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment. This role supports childrens early literacy and language acquisition through play-based and inquiry-led learning.


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), integrated with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum.
  • Foster a love for the Arabic language through songs, storytelling, games, and hands-on activities.
  • Support children’s holistic development – cognitive, emotional, physical, and social – through age-appropriate strategies.
  • Work effectively with children during focus group activities, adapting the approach to meet the individual needs and developmental stages of each child.
  • Collaborate with English-speaking teachers to ensure a bilingual, immersive classroom experience.
  • Plan, assess, and document children’s learning using clear learning outcomes and child observations.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects children’s learning.
  • Participate actively in early years school life including events, performances, and extracurricular activities.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.


Job Specification


  • Bachelor’s degree in education or early childhood education, or Arabic Language, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of strong attendance, punctuality, and professional commitment in previous academic or work settings.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship / training in an early years environment.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate studies.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogies.
  • Creative, energetic, and caring disposition with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
  • Ability to work productively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.
